Our trainers are not only qualified, they also live the life we try to teach. We have all had our weight fluctuate, our energy level go up and down, our motivation been non existant, so we will understand...
However in our understanding we also know there is light at the end of the tunnel.
All our trainers have achieved some degree of personal greatnesses in their lives. One has won two Australian titles in Triathlons and Duathlons, age category, competed in a 24 hour adventure race and a 24 hour mountain bike race, had a baby and is ready to race again after 4 and a half months. Then there is the guy who decides to do a 12 hour mountain bike race, never been on a mountain bike...in the dark, and if that wasn't enough, competed the 108km mountain bike race on 4 days training spread.
So all in all, we get it. It doesn't matter what your 'personal greatness' goal is, it can be achieved and we WILL help you achieve it!

With 15 years experience in sport and exercise, Rik brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each of his cleints.
Over the years, he has studied in a variety of areas, from human performance and sports nutrtion to strength and condtioning, weight loss and sports coaching and has a never ending thirst for more knowledge.
Rik approaches each and every one of his sessions with a no-nonsense attitude. He relies on proven results based training methods to maximise the results for each of his clients and is a firm believer that Fads = Fat! He will push you further than you think you can go then probably ask you to do it all again, but will be there with you the whole time, supporting you all the way!
All in all, Rik takes great pride in helping real people acheive real, lasting results outdoors. Helpiing people realise that they can, whatever it is, only if they try.
